1. Timely Pickups: Our driver will arrive at the address or location you’ve selected on time, every time.
2. Safety First: Upon arrival, our staff will set up a secure perimeter so you can comfortably and safely load your luggage and board the van.
3. Luggage Recommendations: For the best experience, we suggest small suitcases no larger than 55 cm tall, 40 cm wide, and 25 cm deep. These are easy to handle and fit perfectly in the trunk of our vans.
4. Extra Gear: Feel free to bring along sports or safety gear like surfboards, rollerblades, foldable bicycles, diving equipment, life vests, or inflatables.
5. Accessibility: Overhead storage is available for your backpacks and handbags. Keep your essentials like snacks, beverages, medications, mobile phones, laptops, and chargers within easy reach.
