‍These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the use of services and products provided by Viajemos México, a company dedicated to renting vans with a chauffeur for terrestrial tourist transportation. By accessing our website, making reservations, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

‍Viajemos México offers the following services:Rental of vans with a chauffeur for transfers, tours, and private tourist transportation.Mediation for booking hotels, flights, and tourist attractions.

Services Clauses Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of the service is not allowed once confirmed. If the service is not carried out for reasons attributable to the client, any payment made will benefit the company.

‍Full Payment: The client must pay for the service in full before starting the trip.

‍Service Hours:

‍Daytime Hours:

From 7 AM to 9 PM

‍Nighttime Hours:
‍
From 9 PM to 7 AM the following dayThe 12 hours of service are continuous and start from when the chauffeur picks up the passengers at the time and place previously agreed upon.

‍Itineraries:

If there is an itinerary, the chauffeur will adhere to the agreed times and stops.

‍Extra Hours:

Any excess of the previously agreed time will incur an additional charge.

‍Responsibility for Damages:

Any damage caused to the van by the users will be the responsibility and charge of the client. The company is not responsible for items forgotten in the van.

‍Prohibitions on Board:

Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages inside the van are not allowed.

‍Exoneration for Illicit Objects:
‍
The company is not responsible for illicit objects and/or merchandise found in the van.

‍Maintenance of the Van:
‍
The chauffeur will maintain the van in optimal cleanliness conditions for the total comfort of the passengers.

‍Cancellation by the Company:
‍
If the company cancels the service, all payments made by the client will be refunded.

‍Reservation and Payment Policies

‍Viajemos México acts as an intermediary in the booking of hotels, flights, and tourist attractions, with the final providers being responsible for any issues arising under their own policies.

‍Reservations and Payments:

Any deposit requires at least 40% of the total value of the reservation, and 50% during the holiday season.The total payment must be made at the date and time specified in the contract, except for promotional packages that require full payment at the time of reservation.

‍Payment Methods:

Secure payments through PayPal, Stripe (credit or debit card), or directly on our website.Credit or debit card payments are accepted at our offices.For interest-free monthly payments, you must visit our offices with valid identification.Cash payments will be made at our offices or directly with the chauffeur at the start of the service.
